Experienced Builder and Building Inspector
Pat O’Çonnor has been involved in building and construction for nearly two decades. Trained with traditional attention to detail to deliver high end workmanship, Pat has a thorough understanding of the benefits of quality building and carpentry practices. He also has a very strong appreciation of the risks and pitfalls arising from poor quality work or materials, and is able to uncover current defects and future problems that may escape the attention of someone less experienced.
As Director of Keyhole Building & Pest Inspections, Pat is regularly on the road supervising projects and undertaking detailed inspections on behalf of clients. Above all, Pat understands the importance of a property purchase in your life, whether as your personal residence or for investment purposes. All our inspections are undertaken in a way that recognises the significance of our role in assessing a potential purchase.
Experienced Termite and Pest Inspector
As a fully qualified Pest Inspector, Pat’s experience extends to detailed Termite & Pest inspections, which are undertaken in conjunction with our Building Inspections. Unlike many firms who engage subcontractors work completely independently and without any reference to the building inspection, Keyhole has the advantage of integrating the inspections in a true building AND pest inspection and report.
